Surgery hours

Our office hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, during which time our receptionists can be contacted to arrange appointments.

Our equine veterinary surgeons are out on the road or at the clinic from 8am ‘til late!

Case continuity is considered of paramount importance and all reasonable efforts will be made for clients to see the vet of their choice. We aim to build up a relationship with each animal having a nominated vet who gets to know the individual and their owner.

We always endeavour to send the vet of your choice to you but in an emergency the nearest available member of the team will attend.

Emergencies

We cover all out of hours problems 365 days a year. The telephone will be answered by a practice member and the duty vet is always a member of the practice - we do not use any deputising services. In case of emergency phone 01939 260251.
