Endoscopy in a minimally invasive technique that allows us to visualise areas of the equine body that are difficult to access, such as the upper respiratory tract, parts of the gastrointestinal tract, the urinary tract, and the reproductive tract of mares. We also use oral endoscopy to assist in some of our more complex dentistry procedures.

We use endoscopy as a routine part of our investigations for poor performance, respiratory issues, gastric ulceration, weight loss, recurrent colic and urinary tract disorders. We have a range of endoscopes available including fully mobile systems that do not require mains power to enable us to perform examinations on your yard where appropriate to do so as well and video endoscopes which allow both the veterinary surgeon and client to visualise the images concurrently as well as saving and storing images for future reference.
